ChanPharm supports structure activity studies for our clients. Our staff members have vast experience with functional studies on mutant ion channels (Beyl et al., Depil et al.). Structural changes (mutations) are introduced into ion channels and the resulting channel constructs are subsequently tested for drug interactions.
